As a Senior Staff Information Security Engineer, this position will take on complex and autonomous roles, often leading initiatives to improve system reliability and efficiency. This role will contribute to the design and architecture of scalable systems and to mentor junior team members. Collaborates cross-functionally to implement redundancy, disaster recovery, and automated quality testing. Possesses technical expertise implementing and supporting endpoint, cloud, and enterprise security solutions. Ability to troubleshoot issues and work with security teams to meet standards and guidelines.

Job Functions:

  • Serve as a technical resource within the Security Architecture and Engineering team.

  • Engineer and support key security capabilities to align with enterprise security strategies.

  • Implement security solutions based on designs provided by security architects.

  • Provide technical support to Security Analysts in deploying new security systems or making modifications to existing systems.

  • Work hands-on with technologies including Anti-Virus, Intrusion Detection, Data Encryption, Data Loss Prevention, and SaaS services.

  • Contribute technical skills to project teams and act as an information security resource within the defined scope of services.

  • Deploy and maintain corporate security systems in accordance with company standards and enterprise architecture.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology or Computer Science

  • 7 years of relevant experience in Information Security, Technology, Risk, or Compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology or Computer Science

  • 8 years of relevant experience in security architecture, engineering, or related roles.

  • Proficiency in implementing and supporting security solutions.

  • Familiarity with Anti-Virus, Intrusion Detection, Data Encryption, Data Loss Prevention, and SaaS services.

  • Ability to deploy and maintain security technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with Security Analysts and providing technical support.
  • Project management skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
