Key Objectives for the Role:
Develop and Establish Security Infrastructure: The candidate will be responsible for building and implementing comprehensive physical security policies, procedures, and protocols from the ground up. They will define the security framework for the organization, aligning with global standards and best practices.
Strategic Leadership: This individual will oversee the security operations and lead a team responsible for the physical safety of the company's assets, facilities, and employees. The role requires someone who can develop and execute long-term security strategies and integrate them within the organization's broader risk management approach.
Crisis Management and Risk Mitigation: The right candidate will build and lead emergency preparedness plans, ensuring the organization is prepared for a range of crises. They must have experience in crafting risk management frameworks and successfully managing critical security events.
Collaboration Across Leadership Teams: The Senior Security Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure security policies are well integrated into corporate operations and align with overall business objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
