We're looking for a Community Outreach Partnership Sales partner to join our Retail team and make that mission real in the communities surrounding our stores. In this role, you'll build the partnerships that bring Road Runner Sports into gyms, clinics, wellness centers, corporate campuses, and community events, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and the kind of relationships that last. What you'll get to do:

  • Build and grow strategic partnerships with Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Fitness and Wellness Coaches, Massage Therapists, local hospitals, corporate and government organizations, senior living communities, and other local health and wellness leaders
  • Plan and execute revenue-generating events and outreach on-site and off-site fitting experiences, lunch and learns, wellness and safety events, and community activations that bring the RRS brand to life
  • Work with the mobile retail concept "Shoe Force Team" and store leaders to execute remote retail opportunities and take the Road Runner Sports experience directly to partner communities
  • Track partnership performance, analyze results, manage the outreach budget, and report regularly on ROI and activity to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Grassroots Manager, Retail Directors, Marketing, and Grassroots Teams to align every partnership initiative with overall brand messaging and marketing strategy
  • Serve as the face of Road Runner Sports in your community a brand ambassador in every meeting, event, and conversation

What you'll bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in goal-driven sales, community outreach, or partnership development with a track record of building relationships that generate measurable results
  • A natural competitive spirit and a winning personality you connect easily with everyone from front-line staff to C-suite executives
  • Experience planning and executing field events, wellness activations, or community programs strongly preferred
  • Accountability mindset: you set goals, track your own progress, and deliver regular performance reports without being asked
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; frequent local travel within ~20 miles of assigned stores is a core part of this role
