What You'll Do
As the Banquet Senior Sous Chef, you will partner closely with the Executive Chef to oversee all banquet culinary operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and execution.
Responsibilities include:
  • Lead daily banquet kitchen operations with a focus on luxury service standards.
  • Execute high-volume events while maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation.
