Job description

Stinson LLP is seeking an Associate with three to five years of experience to join our growing Corporate Finance Division in our St. Louis office.
Qualifications Required: Active Missouri attorney license required. Qualified candidates will have three to five years of relevant experience (as described below), possess excellent academic credentials, and have strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership and communication skills.
Experience leading, managing, or substantially contributing to mergers and acquisitions, or private equity investment / leveraged buyout transactions, and/or capital markets transactions is required. Additional experience with respect to corporate governance matters, venture capital investment transactions, private offerings of equity and/or debt securities, and/or providing advice with respect to Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K filings and proxy statements is preferred, but not required. Candidates should be prepared to work collaboratively on teams serving sophisticated, national clients on dynamic and fast-paced transactions.
