Corporate Associate Attorney

Location: Wheaton, Illinois

Mission Recruiting is representing a well-respected law firm that is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 8+ years of experience to join a sophisticated corporate practice. This role involves handling complex transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity offerings, restructurings, entity formation, and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on corporate and transactional matters
  • Handle M&A, divestitures, and restructurings
  • Counsel on debt and equity offerings
  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
