Role Overview

The Manager, IntegratedMarketingCampaignsisresponsible forhelping build, manage, and optimize integrated B2B marketing campaigns across Fluence's global marketing function. This role translates business priorities, ABX strategy, product and segment messaging, and market needs into clear campaign plans, executable motions, and repeatable activation frameworks that support growth across regions.

You help lead the "how" of integrated campaign activation.You turn campaign strategy into coordinated execution across channels, teams, systems, and markets. You bring structure to campaign briefs, timelines, stakeholder inputs, launch readiness, performance reviews, and optimizationloopsso campaigns are activated consistently and effectively.

This role sits within the Global Marketing organization and partners closely with Portfolio Marketing, Markets, Corporate Communications,RevOps, Sales / BDR teams, and agencies. Success is measured by the ability to turn strategy into coordinated campaign execution, enable market teams with practical frameworks and guidance, and help campaigns contribute to engagement, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Program Support

  • Support the development of integrated campaign strategies,objectives, target audiences, messaging priorities, channel mix, sequencing, and success definitions.

  • Translate global marketing priorities, ABX plays, segment narratives, launches, and thought leadership themes into campaign plans that are clear, structured, and executable.

  • Develop or support campaign briefs and program definitions, including businessobjective, audience, funnel stage, content requirements, activation plan, timeline, ownership, and KPIs.

  • Partner with Portfolio Marketing to ensure campaigns are grounded in approved messaging, customer needs, proof points, and differentiated value propositions.

Campaign Program Management

  • Lead the end-to-end coordination of assigned integrated campaigns and programs

  • Manage campaign calendars, milestones, dependencies, stakeholder reviews, action trackers, and launch readiness checklists to keep cross-functional work moving.

  • Coordinate campaign execution across digital, paid media, lifecycle / nurture, web, content, partner, and account-based motions.

Campaign Process, Governance & Operations

  • Support campaign- and program-level processes including intake, prioritization, classification, planning, review, approval, activation, measurement, and retrospectives.

  • Document and improve the campaign developmentprocessso it is repeatable, scalable, and easy for global and market teams to follow.

  • Identifyprocess gaps, unclear handoffs, orexecutionbottlenecks and recommend practical ways to improve speed, consistency, and accountability.

Global-to-Market Enablement

  • Create templates, playbooks, campaign kits, readiness guidance, and "how-to" materials that help markets activate global campaigns efficiently

  • Help ensure the right teams are engaged at the right moments: discovery, design, validation, activation, measurement, and learning.

  • Supportglobal / marketoperating model by clarifying decision points, review windows, input needs, and ownership boundaries across Markets, PMM,andCorp Comms

  • Collect market feedback, sales input, and campaign learnings to improve future campaign strategy, content, targeting, and activation quality.

Performance & Optimization

  • Createcampaign measurement plansand performance readouts that connect activity toimpact, includingaccount engagement, leads / MQAs, pipeline influence, and optimization opportunities.

  • Partner withRevOps,Orchestration,and market teams to ensure campaigns are built with clear KPIs, reporting inputs, and learning loops from the start.

  • Use campaign performance and stakeholder feedback to recommend audience refinements, creative refreshes, nurture improvements, channel adjustments, and future investment decisions.

Qualifications& Experience

Required

  • 5-8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, ABM / ABX, or related B2B marketing roles.

  • Experience developing campaign briefs, campaign plans, nurture programs, playbooks, activation calendars, andlaunchreadiness materials.

  • Experience managing multi-channel B2B campaigns across digital, paid media, email / nurture, content, events, and account-based motions.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, reviews, and deliverables across matrixed teams.

  • Strong working familiarity with Salesforce and CRM concepts, plus marketing automation or campaign activation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Marketo, Eloqua,Demandbase, or similar tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex inputs into clear campaign direction and actionable next steps.

Preferred

  • Experience in energy, infrastructure, industrial technology, SaaS, clean tech, or other complex B2B markets with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying groups.

  • Experience supporting global-to-regional marketing operating models, including campaign localization, sales alignment, and market feedback loops.

  • Familiarity with campaign taxonomy, lifecycle stages, campaign hierarchy, lead / account handoffs, attribution, and dashboard requirements.

  • Experience working with agencies or external partners for creative development, paid activation, ABX orchestration, content production, localization, or campaign execution.
