• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, and develop tailored treatment plans accordingly.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services via secure virtual platforms, ensuring that approaches are customized to suit individual client circumstances.
• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support throughout their treatment journey.

You will play a crucial role in helping clients develop coping strategies, process their emotions, and achieve a better quality of life through dedicated therapeutic interventions.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients in a remote setting.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients’ challenges.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in coordinating remote therapy sessions and documentation.

• Experience in providing therapy in a virtual environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Background in working with diverse populations and underserved communities.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and workload.
