• Conduct individual and family psychotherapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients facing a range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
• Utilize comprehensive psychological assessments and tools to diagnose client conditions and formulate accurate treatment plans.
• Develop collaborative treatment goals that empower clients and integrate evidence-based methodologies into practice.
• Implement crisis intervention protocols to effectively respond to acute situations, including conducting suicide assessments and coordinating potential hospitalizations when necessary.
• Partner closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and community resource providers to facilitate comprehensive client care and follow-ups.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interactions using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical policies and protocols by participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and community outreach efforts.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and remain updated on the latest trends and treatments in mental health.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. This position focuses not only on individual therapy but also includes family therapy sessions that help strengthen families dealing with interpersonal and psychological distress. You will be the cornerstone of their mental health journey, helping them navigate life's challenges and achieve lasting therapeutic outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, along with an active LCSW license in Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing mental health services in various clinical settings.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Demonstrated capability to interact effectively with diverse populations, taking into account cultural sensitivities and complex social factors.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to establish rapport with clients, their families, and other professionals.
• Exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills to manage multiple cases and navigate clinical challenges with ease.

• Experience in a community health setting or previous work with underserved populations.
• Familiarity with remote counseling practices, including telehealth platforms.
• Specialized training in trauma-informed care or crisis intervention strategies.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
