Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize comprehensive psychological assessments and tools to diagnose client conditions and formulate accurate treatment plans.

  • Implement crisis intervention protocols to effectively respond to acute situations, including conducting suicide assessments and coordinating potential hospitalizations when necessary.
  • Partner closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and community resource providers to facilitate comprehensive client care and follow-ups.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interactions using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical policies and protocols by participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and community outreach efforts.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and remain updated on the latest trends and treatments in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications
