Kforce's client in NYC is seeking an experienced Global Cornerstone LMS Consultant to support the administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS). This role partners with Learning & Development, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions, ensure data integrity, and support global learning operations. The ideal candidate will have strong Cornerstone LMS expertise, experience supporting enterprise learning programs, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the Cornerstone LMS, including system configuration, user management, curricula, learning assignments, certifications, and reporting Support global learning programs and ensure accurate setup, tracking, and completion of training initiatives Manage LMS data integrity, audits, system updates, and ongoing maintenance activities Configure learning paths, assignments, competencies, certifications, and compliance training requirements Partner with Learning & Development, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement LMS solutions Develop and maintain LMS reports, dashboards, and learning analytics Troubleshoot system issues, learner inquiries, and technical challenges Support LMS testing, upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects Ensure compliance with learning governance, regulatory requirements, and internal policies Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and user training materials Drive process improvements that enhance the learner experience and operational efficiency Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Information Systems, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience supporting Learning Management Systems Hands-on experience with Cornerstone LMS administration and configuration Experience supporting learning operations, compliance training, and enterprise learning programs Preferred Qualifications: Global LMS administration experience Experience with learning technologies, HRIS systems, or talent management platforms Experience supporting LMS implementations, upgrades, or migrations Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles Experience creating dashboards, analytics, and learning performance reports Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience with LMS user management, reporting, testing, and troubleshooting Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Key Competencies: Cornerstone LMS Learning Management Systems Learning Operations LMS Administration Reporting & Analytics Compliance Training System Configuration User Support Process Improvement Project Management Data Integrity Stakeholder Management The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
