This position requires a Bilingual Candidate - Spanish and English speaking
Responsibilities
• Facilitate a timely loan closing by serving as the main point of contact for title companies, real estate agents, mortgage loan officers/ mortgage loan originators, borrowers, and mortgage underwriters
• Create and maintain the mortgage loan file, order third-party documentation and reports as needed for residential home loans, and assist underwriters in clearing conditions as requested
• Verify the accuracy of all obtained loan documentation, such as title insurance, loan applications, appraisals, credit reports, and income and asset declarations, and provide them promptly to underwriters for loan approval
• Gather and clearthe borrower's conditions
Qualifications
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, customer service, and communication skills are necessary
• Good understanding of Non-QM Bank statement, DSCR, Conventional, FHA, VA, etc., and Foreign National Loans
• Know how to analyze credit reports, income, and asset documents, as well as general ways to structure a loan
• Current or previous experience as a Processor, LOA, Loan Partner, Loan Officer, and/or Underwriter
• 2+ years of mortgage processing experience required, 5+ years preferred
• In-person position preferred
