Animal Hospital Receptionist
An experienced Veterinary Receptionist needed for a full service animal hospital who is hard working, reliable and a team player.
***MUST HAVE ANIMAL HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE (or related animal field).
Good communication skills, organizational abilities, and the ability to multi-task are a must.
Knowledge of basic animal husbandry, handling and restraint.
Basic computer knowledge. Experience with Cornerstone billing program a plus.
Ability to answer the phone courteously and deliver clear messages.
Ability to respond calmly and quickly in a medical emergency.
Maintain front office, answering phone, scheduling appointments, keeping medical records orderly and complete, managing the computer system.
Greeting clients and their pets, answer client questions in person and on the phone.
Enter bill information quickly and accurately, making sure client receives any medications or products they need that day.
