This position includes duties such as catering order taking, driver scheduling, catering production and preparation, general cleanliness and organization of the catering department. The Catering Supervisor works with outside customers and directly communicates with guests daily.
As the Catering Supervisor, you will supervise the preparation, presentation and service of our great food. The Catering Supervisor interacts closely with catering & retail employees as well as the restaurant managers.
Essential Functions:
-Takes and modifies orders over phone using POS
-Enters orders placed online into POS
-Resolves customer concerns with manager approval
-Assigns deliveries to catering employees
-Begins and completes baking/food preparation
-Assembles catering food in baskets, trays and bowls
-Makes deliveries / by vehicle and or by foot
-Responsible for breakfast and lunch preparation
-Responsible for clean-up duties
-Empties trash as required
-Responsible for distributing tips daily
