Description
Belstra Milling Co., a family-owned agricultural business in DeMotte, IN, is seeking a part-time Corn Receiving Associate to join our team. Belstra thrives on making quality feed for livestock producers of all size. We are committed to our core values of Integrity, Quality, and Service, and are looking for individuals who strive for the same values and desires. As a proud certified Safe Feed/Safe Food facility, our manufacturing and quality control processes and standards exceed current industry regulations. In
addition, this position must work in compliance with all the company policies, local, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
  • Operate the corn dump from 8am - 3pm on Monday/Tuesday, occasionally until 4pm
  • Scale, sample and unload inbound trucks
  • Corn mycotoxin testing
  • Corn quality testing
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Communicate with farmers and company employees
  • Open and close the corn dump
  • Assist in other areas around the mill as needed

Requirements
Skills and Requirements (included but not limited to):
  • Utilize corn receiving program
  • Familiarity in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Professional telephone etiquette

Education and Experience:
