    Core Java (Mandatory)
    Web Service [REST and SOAP]  (Mandatory)
    Hibernate or JPA (Mandatory)
    Experience with Spring core  (Mandatory), Spring AOP (optional).
    Experience with Spring Data , Spring Boot will be added advantage. (optional).
    Spring Security will be added advantage. (optional).
    Experience building software in a continuous integration environment like Jenkins or any other tools (Mandatory)
    JUnit/ Mockito  (Mandatory)
    GIT (or SVN) and Maven mandatory. (Mandatory)
    Strong experience in any application servers like Weblogic, Tomcat (any of these). (Mandatory)
    Communication with client about technical requirements and then take the same to team and work with them.
    Skilled at object-oriented analysis and Design, Design patterns
    Database design and optimization skills
    Need to provide technical documentation for technology stack being used.
