One common challenge is balancing these responsibilities with personal commitments, especially during busy project periods. Organizations typically support Core Volunteers through clear communication, flexible scheduling, and providing training or mentorship. Regular team check-ins and collaborative tools also help ensure volunteers feel connected and supported in their roles.
