Job description

Description:

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to help organize our storage areas and maintain our inventory. The main duties revolve around placing incoming orders on shelves and picking merchandise. In this role you will monitor inventory and communicate any shortages. You should have good attention to detail to maintain accurate records. Some physical strength is required since you may often need to lift packages by hand.

  • Performs all daily receiving and stockroom activities per policy and procedure in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Receives and counts incoming materials to verify against packing slips and respective purchase orders.
  • Routes and delivers parts and office supplies to appropriate departments.
  • May operate forklift.
  • Conducts cycle counting on inventory and assists in recounts.
  • Picks, updates computer, and inspects work orders for production floor.
  • Fills, verifies and delivers material for manufacturing pulls and packers.
  • Maintain organized and neat area appearance.
  • Informs supervisor or lead of problems as they arise.
  • Maintains logs and other clerical records deemed necessary by their Supervisor.
  • Identification, marking, stocking and updating system locations of all inventory items.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year work experience
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Non-Exempt Pay Details: The base hourly pay range for this role is $17 to $19. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate including, relevant depth of experience, skillset, education, certifications, business needs and market demand.
