Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Thoroughly document all clinical interactions and treatment planning activities, including biopsychosocial assessments, progress notes, discharge plans, and weekly goal-setting, in alignment with company protocols.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive aftercare plans that promote continuity of care and support ongoing progress once they transition out of therapy services.
  • Engage with families, other clinicians, and referral sources as necessary to ensure clients receive holistic support throughout their treatment journey.
  • Adhere to all documentation requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve a diverse clientele experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, family conflicts, and other relationship issues. You will utilize your training and experience to provide culturally competent care, taking into consideration the unique backgrounds and needs of each client.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent.
  • Active LMFT license in the state of Washington.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare or mental health setting.
  • Strong proficiency in maintaining professional boundaries and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and empathetically.
