Precision Concrete Sawing Specialist – Commercial Interior and Slab Operations

Job Overview:

  • Company: RokCrete LLC.
  • Salary/Pay Rate: $225 to $275 per day (Based on experience) plus Performance Bonus.
  • $50 per day for food.
  • Lodging covered by RokCrete LLC.
  • Location: Winter Springs, FL (Travel Required).

The Opportunity: You will take a lead role in technical field operations, executing precise concrete modifications within active commercial environments. This position is designed for a detail-oriented professional who excels at high-stakes indoor projects and seeks a clear path toward leadership.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Execute expert-level concrete modifications using slab saws, hand saws, and core drilling equipment.
  • Implement rigorous dust and slurry containment protocols using plastic sheeting to protect active retail environments.
  • Calculate and mark precise cut locations based on architectural requirements and site specifications.
  • Operate forklifts safely to maneuver heavy equipment and materials through tight commercial spaces.
  • Maintain a pristine workspace to ensure the safety and continuity of client operations during interior builds.
  • Coordinate with field leadership to navigate regional travel schedules and project timelines effectively.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in concrete cutting and core drilling.

  • Documented experience working in "clean-site" environments or active interior retail locations.
  • Must be willing and able to travel extensively, with approximately 90% of work performed outside of Florida.

  • Advanced knowledge of diamond blade selection and equipment maintenance.
