Position Details:  

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 5:00PM (With flexibility to support the needs of the business)
  • Compensation: 60K - 65K Base Salary 
  • Travel: The supervisor will travel Monday - Friday 100%, and will have weekends off
  • Territory: This supervisor will travel to convenience stores in Florida (Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Panama City, Pensacola).
  • Car allowance + mileage reimbursement through CarData Program

  • Must have a reliable form of transportation to travel to convenience stores & customer locations, and must be flexible to support the needs of the business.

Position Purpose: 

As the Merchandise Supervisor, will be responsible for hiring, training and managing the Merchandise Associate team. Leading this team driving strategic sales growth through maintenance and execution of the SmartStock Program. Maintaining an updated knowledge of our programs and policies then ensuring the SSR team is meeting all expectations.  A successful candidate will have effectively demonstrated the ability to organize and lead this service team to meet growth and execution expectations.     


Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Growing Division same store sales growth through category management in store service execution. 
  • Maintaining current knowledge of all selling technology and enterprise strategies and applying them to daily use with the Merchandise Team.   
  • Hiring, training, supporting and general management of sales service Team. 
  • Reviewing and providing performance reports  
  • Responding and resolving customer concerns. 
  • Achieving goals for Corporate Marketing Programs. 
  • Building relationships across all accounts. 
  • Managing and directing the team to ensure objectives are met and policies are adhered to. 

Desired Skills: 

  • Ability to organize multiple staff with multi-account ledgers to execute geographically efficient routes and effective in-store time management. 
  • Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.); specifically with data analysis. 
  • Excellent customer service, internal communication skills, and knowledge of the industry.

• Reliable vehicle, current auto insurance, and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
