Job Description:

This is a union-represented position covered by a collective bargaining agreement. 
Eligible employees receive health and welfare benefits through the Teamsters Managed Health Care Trust, which may include medical, prescription, dental, vision, and life insurance. Employees may be eligible for pension benefits through the Teamsters Pension Plan, with employer contributions made in accordance with the agreement. Employees with other qualifying medical coverage may have the option to participate in an annuity plan in lieu of health coverage. All wages, benefits, and eligibility requirements are governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and Trust Fund rules.
Position Details:
  • Sunday - Thursday 
  • 7:30 AM -4:00 PM 
  • $20.00 per hour

Position Summary:
Stamping workers are responsible for affixing state, county, and city tax stamps to individual packs of cigarettes as well as storing stamped packs of cigarettes on cigarette racks.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Utilize a stand-up reach truck or similar equipment.
  • Stamp cigarette packs and record product movement using handheld devices.
  • Perform system and physical material movements from one bin to another.
  • Use basic SAP skills such as material look-up and bin-to-bin movements.
  • Operate a stamp machine and implement basic troubleshooting skills related to the machinery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Utilize a pick list to pull orders for production.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
• 6 + months of warehouse experience
• 6 + months of experience using a stand up reach truck or similar equipment.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-40 pounds and generally up to approximately 60 and 90 pounds, throughout shift.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform basic equipment maintenance.
