CordeValle Resort is seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This position plays an important role in maintaining the exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and service standards our guests expect while providing daily leadership and support to the housekeeping team.
The ideal candidate is an organized and positive leader who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for guests and enjoys working as part of a team. Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Previous supervisory experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support housekeeping team members during daily operations.
  • Assign rooms, work areas, and daily responsibilities to housekeeping staff.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and resort standards are consistently met.
  • Provide direction, coaching, and ongoing support to team members.
  • Help train new employees on housekeeping procedures, service expectations, and safety practices.
  • Monitor daily workload and staffing needs and adjust assignments as necessary.
  • Communicate room status, maintenance concerns, guest requests, and operational needs with other departments.
  • Assist the housekeeping team as needed to ensure rooms and resort areas are ready for guests.
  • Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities and communicate replenishment needs.
  • Respond professionally and promptly to guest requests or concerns.
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
  • Follow and reinforce resort policies, procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Requirements
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
  • Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback to team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
