Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Creative Director to develop and execute creative vision and strategy across projects and campaigns.
Lead the development of high-impact concepts for marketing, branding, advertising, and digital experiences.
Oversee and mentor designers, copywriters, and other creative team members through ideation, execution, and delivery.
Ensure all creative work is on-brand, on-brief, and meets high standards of quality and innovation.
Collaborate with account managers, strategists, and project managers to translate business objectives into creative solutions.
Present concepts and deliverables to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence.
Provide hands-on support in design, writing, or art direction when needed.
Stay informed on design trends, emerging technology, and cultural insights to bring fresh thinking to creative solutions.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in a creative role, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior creative capacity.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across channels (digital, social, print, experiential, etc.).
Excellent leadership, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, or equivalent.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 70,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 245,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
