Key Responsibilities

Brand & Design Storytelling

  • Develop compelling brand narratives that communicate the intersection of modern design, craftsmanship, innovation, and everyday living.
  • Translate design concepts, material choices, and product innovation into clear, inspiring customer-facing content.
  • Create storytelling for seasonal campaigns, product launches, brand initiatives, designer partnerships, and lifestyle collections.
  • Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and messaging across all digital and print channels.
  • Help evolve and maintain the brand voice while supporting broader business and marketing objectives.

Web & Digital Content

  • Write and optimize website copy including landing pages, collection pages, product detail pages, editorial features, and promotional content.
  • Develop engaging content that balances storytelling with conversion-driven messaging.
  • Partner with eCommerce and merchandising teams to create customer-centric content experiences.
  • Support SEO initiatives while preserving the integrity of the luxury brand voice.

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Create compelling email campaigns including subject lines, headlines, body copy, and calls to action.
  • Support promotional, lifecycle, and customer engagement programs through thoughtful and relevant messaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to test and optimize content performance.

Print, Catalog & Campaign Content

  • Write copy for luxury catalogs, lookbooks, direct mail, print advertising, in-store experiences, event materials, and brand collateral.
  • Partner closely with designers and art directors to ensure copy and visual storytelling work seamlessly together.
  • Participate in proofing and content reviews to ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work alongside Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Merchants, Marketing, and Product Development teams to build integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism or related field.
  • 3-5 years of copywriting experience within luxury retail, contemporary furniture, home furnishings, design, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Ability to balance creative excellence with business objectives and project timelines.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across web, email, print, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and self-manage assignments under strict deadlines.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a fast-paced retail marketing environment
  • Passion for contemporary furniture, interior design, architecture, art, and modern living.
