Job description

Performance Media Copywriter — 6-Month Contract (extendable)


We’re looking for an intermediate Performance Media Copywriter with 3–7 years of proven digital-first experience. You’re a strategic, digitally savvy writer who understands how to create copy that captures attention, drives action, and performs.


What You’ll Do

  • Write high-volume copy for paid social, digital ads, paid search, landing pages and email/CRM
  • Develop multiple variations for A/B testing and optimization
  • Use performance insights to continually improve creative
  • Adapt messaging across audiences, channels and campaign objectives
  • Partner closely with the Senior Art Director and contribute to broader campaign concepts and creative


Required:

  • 3–6 years of digital copywriting experience
  • Strong portfolio of digital and conversion-focused work
  • Experience with paid social/performance media; Meta and Google Ads/SEM are strong assets
  • Understanding of A/B testing and performance metrics
  • Strategic, creative, organized and comfortable working at a fast pace


6-month, full-time hours contract
