Position Overview:
The Art Director is responsible for producing highquality creative assets that support marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and crosschannel communications. This role transforms creative briefs into compelling, onbrand designs and adapts them for a wide range of digital, print, and largeformat applications. The designer collaborates closely with copywriters, project managers, and marketing partners to deliver accurate, productionready files while maintaining visual consistency and meeting deadlines. The Art Director requires strong attention to detail, adherence to established workflows, and a solution-oriented approach to supporting a dynamic creative team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing and promotional materials including brochures, flyers, social graphics, digital ads, email graphics, presentations, signage, and event materials.
  • Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts that align with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, project managers, marketing teams, and creative leadership to develop effective visual communications.
  • Create and adapt designs for multiple channels and formats.
  • Support branding initiatives and maintain visual consistency across all creative assets.
  • Balance creativity with production execution to prepare final production-ready files for print, digital, and large-format applications.
  • Resize, version, and adapt creative assets for various formats and audiences.
  • Ensure accuracy of layouts, typography, image quality, color specifications, and file setup.
  • Manage multiple revisions while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Follow established workflows, naming conventions, and asset management processes.
  • Work collaboratively on a solutions-oriented creative team.
  • Assist with quality assurance reviews prior to release or production.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field, preferred.
  • 3+ years of graphic design and/or production design experience.
  • Experience working with brand standards and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working in a corporate in-house environment, preferred.
  • Experience working in financial services, mortgage industry, or a highly regulated industry, preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative design and production capabilities.
  • Knowledge of print production processes, file preparation, and digital asset creation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and design skills.
  • Skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
