What is a copy room assistant?

Copy Room Assistants are support staff responsible for operating photocopying equipment, managing print requests, and maintaining supplies in an organization's copy room. They ensure that documents are copied, collated, and distributed efficiently and may also handle basic troubleshooting of machines.
