Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our team at Eagle Analytical. The ideal candidate will have experience writing and editing across various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, video scripts, and more. This position involves research, content development, and collaboration with our creative and marketing teams to produce compelling and engaging copy that aligns with our brand's voice and objectives.

What You Will Do
  • Write, proofread, and edit copy for a variety of content including campaigns, product descriptions, email marketing, advertisements, websites, social media posts, video scripts, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts for new campaigns and content.
  • Research the compounding pharmacy industry, products, target audiences, and competitive landscape to develop relevant and impactful content.
  • Source and develop engaging content for The Eagle website to drive reader interest, enhance user engagement, and promote subscription growth.
  • Ensure all copy aligns with Eagle Analytical’s voice, style guide, and branding standards.
  • Collect and analyze relevant marketing data to measure the effectiveness of content and optimize future initiatives.
  • Manage cross-departmental collaboration to develop editorial/content calendars and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Assist with special projects, content development, and any ad hoc marketing tasks as needed.
  • Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to drive innovative content strategies.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in writing, editing, and proofreading across various formats and platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with Associated Press style of writing.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with additional skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with HTML, web content management tools, and Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
  • Prior experience in medical writing or healthcare communications is a bonus, with familiarity with FDA and ICH guidelines preferred.
