Location: Copper Horse Bistro at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (Pre-Security)
Status: Full-time, Friday - Monday (30-32 hours)
Compensation: $21/hour to start

About Copper Horse Bistro
Copper Horse Bistro is located pre-security inside the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport-one of the most beautiful airports in the country, known for its open timber architecture, mountain views, and warm Montana feel. As the only food option available pre-security, our bistro welcomes travelers, visitors, airport staff, and community members throughout the day.
We offer a simple, approachable menu, an upbeat, positive work culture, and a small, tight-knit team that supports each other throughout every shift. Working here means being part of a friendly, guest-focused environment where teamwork and good energy matter more than prior kitchen experience.
Position Summary
We are looking for a Full-time Bistro Line Cook to join our Copper Horse Bistro team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn kitchen skills, work in a stable, supportive environment, and enjoy a fast-paced yet fun workday. If you bring a great attitude and work ethic, we'll provide all the training you need.
