The impact you'll have at Concora Credit:

The Endpoint Engineer will be a key member of our IT team, focusing on designing, implementing, and managing endpoint solutions in alignment with our cloud migration strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in endpoint management, a deep understanding of cloud technologies, and a proven track record of successful migration projects.

We hire people, not positions. That's because, at Concora Credit, we put people first, including our customers, partners, and Team Members. Concora Credit is guided by a single purpose: to help non-prime customers do more with credit. Today, we have helped millions of customers access credit. Our industry leadership, resilience, and willingness to adapt ensure we can help our partners responsibly say yes to millions more. As a company grounded in entrepreneurship, we're looking to expand our team and are looking for people who foster innovation, strive to make an impact, and want to Do More! We're an established company with over 20 years of experience, but now we're taking things to the next level. We're seeking someone who wants to impact the business and play a pivotal role in leading the charge for change.

  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot Windows Autopilot deployment solutions, including pre-provisioning (White Glove), self-deploying, and user-driven deployment scenarios.
  • Conduct Windows Readiness and Compatibility Assessment.
  • Support application packaging, deployments, documentation, and release control (Intune, Adaptive, Patch My PC, etc.).
  • Work within the change management process to coordinate the release of new software packages.
  • Participate in multiple Workforce Enablement projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deploy software for service packs or emergency security patches.

Microsoft 365 Administration & Support:

  • Administer core Microsoft 365 workloads, including Exchange Online & Server SE, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Manage identities, licensing, groups, and role-based access through Entra ID and the Microsoft 365 admin center.
  • Configure and maintain security and compliance controls, including conditional access, Microsoft Purview, data loss prevention (DLP), and retention policies.
  • Monitor service health, respond to incidents, and manage service requests and escalations across Microsoft 365 services.
  • Maintain documentation and runbooks for tenant configuration and administrative procedures to ensure continuity of coverage.

Cloud Migration and Automation:

  • Integrate and optimize endpoint solutions within our evolving cloud infrastructure, leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Idira (prev. CyberArk) EPM, Adaptiva, and Patch My PC or equivalent tools.
  • Identify opportunities to automate endpoint management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Implement scripting and automation tools to streamline deployment and maintenance tasks.
  • Be a key player in continuing the planning and execution of endpoint migration strategies to cloud-based platforms already in motion, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement endpoint solutions compatible with cloud infrastructure.

Additional Responsibilities:

Advancing Workforce AI Strategy & Governance

  • Develop AI solutions using MS Copilot Studio and Claude to innovate and establish high-value use cases.
  • Recommend and establish technology positioning (i.e., software development vs. general productivity; buy vs. build: when do we develop skills or agents versus look for AI-enabled commercial products).
  • Recommend controls and governance to protect endpoint data and systems impacted by AI.
  • Recommend and establish AI workforce training.
  • Implement systems for controlled provisioning and permissions.
  • Implement monitoring, reporting, and dashboards to provide leadership visibility and support decision-making with meaningful data and charts.

Apple Ecosystem:

  • Proficient in MacOS administration, including system configuration, user account management, and security settings.
  • Experience in deploying and managing Apple devices, ensuring proper setup, configurations, and centralized management through solutions like Apple Business Manager.
  • Expertise in implementing and managing security measures specific to macOS, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently.
