Copilot Studio Agent Developer & Enablement Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Copilot Studio Engineer to join our Information Technology team in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, in-person position.
We are seeking a Copilot Studio Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent agent solutions that enhance how our teams work. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into AI-powered solutions while enabling broader adoption through training, tools, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Design & Development

  • Design, build, test, and deploy Copilot Studio agents from concept through production
  • Build supporting components including Power Automate flows, Dataverse data structures, knowledge sources, and integrations
  • Apply best practices in prompt design, topics, orchestration, and grounding
  • Validate and monitor agent performance, accuracy, and adoption

Enablement, Training & Evangelism

  • Train associates and citizen developers through workshops, office hours, and documentation
  • Evangelize AI use cases and demonstrate value to non-technical users
  • Serve as a coach for teams building their first agents
  • Develop reusable templates, guides, and best-practice resources

Business Partnership

  • Partner with stakeholders to translate problems into agent solutions
  • Advise when agent-based solutions are appropriate
  • Ensure alignment with governance, security, and platform standards
Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • 1+ year of experience with Copilot Studio
  • Experience designing conversational agents
  • Experience translating business needs into solutions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fully in-office position

Preferred:

  • Experience with training or enablement programs
