  • Deep understanding of agentic systems, particularly orchestration, tool and API use, knowledge access, human-in-the-loop, testing and monitoring
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder, Microsoft Copilot Studio, AgentBricks or comparable Agentic AI and automation platforms
  • Good understanding of cloud architectures, data sources, interfaces, identity and authorization concepts, and security and data privacy requirements
  • Experience in business enablement, community management, citizen developer programs or comparable self-service approaches
  • Enjoyment in explaining complex technical topics clearly and enabling others to implement solutions independently
  • Ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into suitable Agentic AI solution approaches
  • Strong awareness of Responsible AI, governance, cost management and the secure use of AI in an enterprise context
