A Copay Assistance Program is a financial support initiative designed to help patients afford the out-of-pocket costs associated with prescription medications, such as copays, coinsurance, or deductibles. These programs are often sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, nonprofit organizations, or government agencies to ensure that patients can access the medications they need without facing financial hardship.
