Job description

PLACE: NEW YORK, BOSTON, WASHINGTON or CHICAGO.

Job description:

To lead the cargo and courier product at the assigned stations (JFK, BOS, IAD, ORD, RDU)  by coordinating and executing commercial initiatives aimed at achieving budgetary and sales targets for cargo products. This role involves supervising our vendors to ensure compliance with all requirements outlined in the Copa Airlines Cargo manuals and maintaining budget control to monitor product profitability. Additionally, the individual will fulfill responsibilities related to the Operational Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure its effective implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences or related fields, such as International Business, Foreign Trade, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience of over 3 years in sales with administrative responsibilities in execution and control.
  • Demonstrated experience of more than 3 years in operational management of Cargo & Courier handling.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in team leadership.
  • Strong skills in communication, influence, leadership, results orientation, and organizational abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English languages.
