Crafted Headlines:
In the role of Packaging Temporary Worker working in Golden, CO you will contribute to the successful manufacturing of high-quality beer and beverage products through safe and efficient operation of packaging machines. You will assist with startups, shut downs, product changes, line trouble shooting, problem solving, preventative maintenance, clearing jams, and cleaning & sanitation of all equipment on your assigned line.
What You'll Be Brewing:
  • Operate, understand, and rotate through all pieces of packaging equipment
  • Responsible for the sanitation of all equipment on the assigned line
  • Perform line checks, assist with accident investigations, hazard analysis, audits, and attend meetings as required
  • Read and interpret packaging schedule, job procedures, and work instructions
  • Responsible for autonomous maintenance of valves, motors, pumps, filter and gear boxes including lubricating all machinery, making necessary operational adjustments, and ensuring equipment is running efficiently producing a quality product

Key Ingredients:
  • Flexibility to work rotating and/or off-shifts
  • Previous experience driving a forklift or willingness to be trained to operate a forklift
  • Clear communication ability
  • Familiar with operating a computer
  • You are comfortable with the physical requirements of this position (standing, lifting, walking)
  • As a condition of employment for this position, Molson Coors requires you to be at least 21 years of age or older on your start date
