About the Role

Were looking for a BIM Coordinator that will support the development, coordination, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across RNGD projects. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate, coordinated digital models while facilitating collaboration between architectural, engineering, and construction teams. This role is ideal for someone early to mid in their career with a strong BIM foundation and a desire to expand into project coordination, digital workflows, and integrated delivery. The BIM Coordinator works closely with the BIM Manager and Design Leadership, taking on increasing responsibility as project complexity andsystem maturity evolve.


Core Responsibilities

  • Model Coordination and Management
    • Coordinate and manage BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
    • Ensure models comply with company BIM standards, project requirements, and client specifications.
    • Maintain model integrity including file structure, naming conventions, and version control.
    • Manage model updates and ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.


  • Clash Detection and Issue Resolution
    • Perform clash detection using Navisworks and other coordination tools.
    • Facilitate coordination meetings with internal and external project teams.
    • Track, document, and assist in resolving coordination issues and conflicts.
    • Support proactive identification of constructability challenges through model review.


  • BIM Standards and Process Support
    • Support the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
    • Assist in maintaining and improving BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
    • Ensure consistency in model usage, data structure, and coordination processes across projects.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of digital delivery processes.

  • Technical Support and Documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • One or more years of experience in BIM coordination or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation and project workflows.
  • Experience with clash detection and model coordination processes.
  • Familiarity with tools such as BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, and Forma preferred.
  • Knowledge of Enscape, Photoshop, Rhino, or SketchUp is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools within Navisworks or BIM environments is a plus.
