Angels on Call is a premier licensed home care service agency located in Upper Westchester County, NY and looking for an experienced scheduling coordinator. This position requires a candidate that is extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, could multi-task, has excellent customer service skills and can work in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES:
Coordinate and manage the schedules of employees (caregivers).
Develop relationships and interact with clients and caregivers on a daily basis.
Participate in the recruiting, orientation and management of caregivers.
Provide superior customer service and compassion for new clients and their families.
Develop a working knowledge of company policies & procedures, services provided.
REQUIREMENTS:
Work from our main office location in Peekskill, Monday-Friday (9a-5p)
One night/week afterhours on-call **additional compensation**
One weekend/month afterhours on-call **additional compensation**
