Job description

The Role:
As the Sales Coordinator, reporting to the Sales Director - Durex Industries, you will provide critical support to all functions for the IEH Americas commercial sales and marketing teams. The Sales Coordinator will be integral to activities that facilitate the successful sale of Durex products throughout the assigned territory. These activities will include administrative support, sales team support, customer relations and new customer onboarding, coordination of internal and external communications, metric reporting, marketing support, and contract management support.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage NDA and contract approval processes to ensure timely execution and compliance with company policies
  • Oversee Delegation of Authority (DOA) processes, ensuring adherence to governance and approval frameworks
  • Support internal audit activities, including documentation preparation and cross-functional coordination
  • Provide intercompany coordination support to facilitate alignment and operational efficiency across business units
  • Lead customer and sustainability survey initiatives, including distribution, tracking, and reporting of results
  • Develop and maintain customer experience reporting, delivering insights to support continuous improvement
  • Support sales communication efforts, including preparation of memos, announcements, presentations, and broadcast messaging
  • Partner with marketing to support case study development, event coordination, sales materials, branded apparel, and lead management efforts
  • Collect, analyze, and distribute target market data to support sales strategy and pipeline development
  • Coordinate and manage onsite customer visits to ensure a professional and seamless experience
  • Facilitate new customer onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transition and strong initial engagement
  • Provide administrative and operational support to sales leadership as needed, contributing to overall team effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting business operations, sales, or commercial teams

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
