Job description

BIM Coordinator - High-End Residential Construction (Manhattan)
We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support luxury residential construction projects throughout Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background coordinating BIM models for high-end apartment renovations, penthouses, and townhomes within occupied luxury residential buildings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD for complex high-end residential projects.
  • Develop and maintain fully coordinated models integrating architectural, structural, MEP, millwork, and specialty trades.
  • Identify and resolve clashes and constructability issues prior to fabrication and installation.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and in-house project teams to ensure model accuracy.
  • Produce and review shop drawings and installation drawings for quality, completeness, and coordination.
  • Maintain project documentation, including as-built drawings and final closeout packages.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required.
  • Experience coordinating BIM models for luxury residential construction projects in Manhattan.
  • Familiarity with the unique requirements of working within occupied co-ops, condominiums, and landmark properties.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, millwork coordination, MEP systems, and high-end interior finishes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple trades and stakeholders.
