Addison Group is partnering with our client, a consulting organization, to identify a Recruiting Coordinator for an ongoing contract opportunity.

Job Description:

The Recruiting Coordinator will provide critical support to a high-volume hiring initiative by managing interview scheduling, candidate communications, applicant tracking system updates, and onboarding coordination. This role will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple calendars, ensuring an efficient hiring process.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing interview details, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Utilize Greenhouse to track candidate progress, update workflows, and manage recruiting documentation.
  • Support recruiters with pipeline management and day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Monitor hiring activity and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
  • Prepare reports, manage data entry tasks, and contribute to process improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, scheduling, or a related support role.
  • Previous experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, including interview scheduling, candidate tracking, and reporting functions.
  • Strong calendar management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
