  • Support data quality and governance efforts by monitoring sales data, identifying inconsistencies, researching discrepancies, and coordinating corrective actions across systems.
  • Compile performance metrics and strategic reporting by producing monthly WIG reporting, scoreboards, KPI summaries, and category performance analyses that support leadership reviews and planning discussions.
  • Execute lead management and pipeline support activities by maintaining opportunity records, monitoring lead-assignment workflows, supporting conversion-tracking programs, and ensuring data is current and complete within Salesforce.
  • Maintain territory and account assignment data by updating territory maps, account ownership records, and related sales coverage information as directed by leadership.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for sales initiatives by coordinating logistics, gathering data, preparing reports and presentations, supporting travel arrangements, and assisting with the execution of market blitzes, meetings, and program rollouts.
  • Deliver end-user support and operational coordination by responding to system questions, assisting with Salesforce Office Hours, documenting business requirements, testing enhancements, and coordinating with sales leaders, enablement partners, and Salesforce administrators.

Who You Are

  • Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly to business stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to support end users effectively.
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently on routine assignments while operating under direction from a supervisor.
  • Strong organizational discipline and follow-through on recurring reporting and operational responsibilities.
  • Continuous learning mindset with interest in sales technology, analytics, and process improvement.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales leaders, field teams, Salesforce administrators, and cross-functional partners.
