SUMMARY:
The Delivery Driver/Budtender is responsible for collecting, routing, and delivering customer orders placed via web and phone channels, ensuring exemplary customer service throughout the entire process, from order placement to final delivery.  
Key responsibilities include the physical handling and transportation of products, cash management, and merchant transaction processing. This role also involves assisting in-store customers with their purchasing needs, providing education on cannabis products, and potentially training new budtending staff. 
Additionally, the Delivery Driver/Budtender will spend a significant portion of their time maintaining a clean and organized store environment while ensuring that customer service standards are met efficiently and effectively. 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (the list is not all inclusive) 
Adheres to all Title6 compliance regulations. 
Adheres to routing/schedule guidelines and parameters to delivery according to schedule; only stopping for break, meal periods, and/or vehicle maintenance. 
Maintains accurate manifest and delivery logs. 
Ensures accurate information is maintained in delivery device i.e. ID scanner and delivery camera. 
Addresses and resolves customers complaints; scales service issues in an expedient manner. 
Takes, places, and packs orders for customers according to customer guidelines. 
Maintain fully stocked and clean workstations at all times. 
Assists with running side work, stocking, and cleaning during any and all down time. 
Ensure opening and closing cleaning and organization is completed. 
Participates in periodic all-staff cleanings and staff meetings. 
Maintains delivery, vehicle, product inventory and driving records by obtaining receipt acknowledgments, recording tracking information, completing driver tracking, and expenses as required. 
Prepares delivery vehicle for operation by inspecting general condition by checking the vehicle for damage. 
Adheres to standards of the road by safely operating vehicle and complying with state and local driving rules and regulations.  
Uses company communication equipment (GPS, company phone, Bluetooth) for communication with main office and customers. 
Maintains proper cash-handling procedures at all times. 
Participates in staff events, outings and promotional events. 
Upkeep knowledge with industry compliance and regulatory requirements as applicable to retail operations (i.e. Medical vs. recreational, weight conversions, minimum age purchasing, maximum purchase quantities, laws, etc.…) 
Remains knowledgeable on all cannabis products carried by the venue. 
Remains knowledgeable ono cannabinoids terpenes, and methods of cannabis consumption as it relates to sales of cannabis products. 
Accurately creates and/or updates customer profiles. 
Ensure each guests receives their full attention during their transaction. 
Assist with budending as directed by manager. 
Provides excellent customer experience. 
Accurately log customer in computer systems. 
Accurate records customer transactions in POS system 
Ensures that all phases of the customer experience remain seamless and exceed their expectations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS 
Constantly: Walking, standing, grasping/gripping, bending/stooping/squatting, finger dexterity, POS input, coordination of hand and eye.  
Frequently: Face contact with customers and staff  
Occasionally: Reaching above shoulder height, lifting 50 lbs., ability to do push/pull motions, with accommodations upon request. 
Will require working varied hours/day, including nights weekends, holidays, and/or events on occasion 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 
High school diploma or GED 
Prior retail or customer service experience (1-3 years) 
Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications  
Must be 23+ years old and pass a criminal background check requirement 
Must have a valid Driver license and be insurable.
