The Opportunityย
As a Design Consultant (DC), you will runย 2-4 qualified, pre-set appointments per day, generated by aggressive company marketing. Your role is to deliver confident, consultative presentations andย drive decisive buying outcomesย for homeowners investing in premium outdoor living solutions.ย

- Operate a strong one-call-close process with disciplined follow-upย
Whatย Youโllย Doย
- Deliver professional, consultative presentations focused on value - not priceย
- Confidently ask for theย sale and drive one-call closes whenever possibleย
- Own your pipeline from first appointment through installation, following up strategically with issued quotes to maximize close rateย
- Be in control of your own compensation by generatingย additionalย revenue through referrals, repeat business, and local partnershipsย
- Step in and support nearby territories when needed - becauseย thereโsย truly no โIโ in team, but there is an โusโ in success,ย as long asย you look at it the right wayย ย
- Maintain expert-level CRM pipeline management and communication standardsย
Who This Role Is For:ย
- Haveย 2-5+ years of high-ticket, consultative sales experienceย (move to the front of the line with in-home sales background)ย
- Have consistently overachieved revenue goals set by company, ideally in a commission-based roleย
- Thrive in a performance-driven environment with clear metrics, taking full ownership of your results, both wins and lossesย
- Are confident, polished, and highly persuasive in the home, presenting premium pricingย ย
- Manage yourย time, territory, and follow-up like the pro you areย

- Are unable to overcome objections andย have toย rely on heavy discounts to closeย
- Need scripting, micromanagement, or lack the ability to motivate yourselfย
- Are uncomfortable being measured by close rate and revenueย
Compensation & Supportย
- Uncapped commissionย structure โย whichย for our top consultants isย $150,000- $250,000+ annually.ย DCs not yet maximizing their territory typically see an average annual income of $80-$90kย
- Salaried trainingย (2 weeks)ย &ย salary + commissionย duringย ramp-up period (10 weeks)ย
- Company-generated, qualified appointments (no cold prospectingย required)ย
- $500 monthly car allowance + toll reimbursementย
- Sales iPad, product samples, and professionalย measuring equipment providedย

Schedule & Requirementsย
