Overview:

Hisense USA is seeking a Commercial Cooling Business Development Manager to help establish and grow our commercial cooling business in US. This role will focus on developing relationships with beverage companies, bottlers, foodservice operators, distributors, and retail customers, while identifying new business opportunities for commercial refrigeration and cooling solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial cooling and beverage industries.
  • Support the development of relationships with key potential customers, including Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Beverage bottlers, Convenience store chains, Foodservice customers and Distribution partners.
  • Assist in customer presentations, business reviews, and proposal development.

Key Account Support

  • Support strategic account management activities for commercial cooling customers.
  • Work closely with customers to understand equipment and operational needs.
  • Help develop long-term growth opportunities within assigned accounts.

Product & Market Development

  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Provide market feedback to product management and engineering teams.
  • Support product launches and commercialization initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Service teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Coordinate customer projects from initial opportunity through implementation.
  • Ensure timely communication and execution of customer requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Commercial refrigeration, Beverage equipment, Foodservice equipment, Retail refrigeration, or Cold chain solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience supporting or managing business relationships with Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, bottlers, foodservice operators, or commercial refrigeration manufacturers.
  • Strong industry connections and a proven ability to build partnerships within the beverage, refrigeration, and cold-chain sectors.
