Job description

We are currently seeking passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare plates according to guest desires and Canad Inns standards;
  • Assist the Kitchen Stewards, Buffet Attendant/Prep Cook, Food Services Receiver as necessary;
  • Clean and maintain the work area throughout the shift;
  • Inspect each plate and sign off for appearance and correctness;
  • Wrap, label and date all food.
  • Seeking to understand the guest, and meet and exceed the needs of both the guest and the company.
  • Demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to get the required results.
  • Constantly assess and adapt current practices to perform a task better, faster, or more efficiently.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of culinary experience.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Previous experience.
