Job description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Breakfast Cook / Attendant to join our hotel team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working early mornings, takes pride in food preparation, and understands the importance of cleanliness and guest service.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for cooking hot breakfast items on the grill, setting up and maintaining the breakfast area, and cleaning and closing down the station and dining area once breakfast is over.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up the breakfast area and prep food stations before guests arrive
  • Cook made-to-order breakfast items on a griddle or grill (e.g., eggs, bacon, pancakes)
  • Keep food stocked, fresh, and properly presented throughout breakfast hours
  • Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Clean and sanitize all cooking equipment and breakfast area at the end of service
  • Clear and wipe down tables during and after breakfast
  • Vacuum and mop the breakfast/dining area daily
  • Take down and store breakfast items and supplies properly
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies
