What is a cooking class assistant?

Cooking Class Assistants are individuals who support chefs or instructors during cooking classes by preparing ingredients, setting up equipment, assisting participants, and ensuring the kitchen remains organized and safe. They often help with cleanup, answer students' questions, and provide hands-on guidance as needed.
