Bohemian Bull Grapevine is a place where family and friends can relax in a lively, open  atmosphere, enjoy unique and delicious food, and a wide selection of craft beers and cocktails. One of the goals of Bohemian Bull-Grapevine is to support the local community in everything we do. We use local vendors, and we make a commitment to help our community through fund-raising and non-profit support.

We provide a positive and family-oriented work atmosphere that focuses on work and life balance. We are passionate about our food and drinks and serving our customers and we’re looking for individuals who feel the same way.

Our Line Cooks assist the Kitchen Manager in preparing all menus items and daily specials. Line Cooks will also perform other tasks related to food preparation and kitchen sanitation/cleanliness as directed by the Kitchen Manager. Our Line Cooks should have 1-2 years of cooking experience. 

Additionally, they should:

  • Understand safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
  • Assist our Kitchen Manager with set-up and preparation of food items and follow standard recipes
  •  Assist our Kitchen Manager with conducting a monthly food/supplies inventory and properly use and maintain kitchen equipment
  • Assist with product receiving and/or storage of products
  •   Understand how to properly use and maintain the equipment
  • Understand compliance with the Department of Health regulations
  •  Have strong organizational skills, the ability to work with a flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic customer service professional
