Belmont Stakes and Saratoga Racing Season is fast approaching and we are looking for experienced and passionate cooks - (Grill, Deli, and Prep).

Job Type: Seasonal.

Responsibilities:
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of meals following prescribed recipes and portion controls to meet the nutritional needs of patients and staff.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor food quality and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health department regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records of food inventory and communicate with the procurement team to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, nutritionists, and healthcare professionals to provide excellent culinary services.
  • Adherence to Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including HACCP guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Cook.
