Cook Job Responsibilities:
• Review menus prior to preparation of food
• Process diet changes.
• Prepare and serve meals.
• Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations, as well as our established policies and procedures
• Assist in establishing food service production line, etc., to ensure that meals are prepared on time
• Ensure that menus are maintained and filed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • HS diploma or GED preferred, or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
  • Must have knowledge of sanitary procedures
  • Working every other weekend is a requirement
  • Prior food service experience is required;
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred.
